International performers Kierstyn Zaykoski and Edward Rosado perform with the Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre in Sean McLeod’s acclaimed work “Popeye,” an excerpt from “Nursey Rhymes Suite.”
The New York Institute of Dance & Education and its affiliated Kaleidoscope Dance Threatre are holding workshops and a tryout in New York City over the next few days.
The events started Thursday and continue through Saturday for the dance company, founded in Auburn by Sean McLeod and now based in both Auburn and New York City.
The first workshop was scheduled to take place Thursday afternoon. A second session is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Gibney Union Square, 890 Broadway, Fifth Floor, New York City. Cost is $50.Full Article
