Following the motto that Harriet Tubman lived by “Keep A Goin”, the Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre and the New York Institute of Dance & Education were proud to partner with The City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, and the New York State Fair to present the 2020 Online Harriet Tubman Freedom Music Festival and National Harriet Tubman Freedom Awards!!
