McLeod Technique is the foundational technique of the Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre. McLeod Technique was originally conceived as a technique for women to survive the destructive nature of many dance classes. McLeod Technique® has matured into a movement of self-assurance, forgiveness, and fulfillment.
With folks from KDT’s history all around the globe, online is the perfect venue to allow us all to come together. Folks that join span the 35 year history of Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre and have come to embrace McLeod Technique as a philosophy to live by, and the innovation it possesses for dance overall. Today we will share memories, videos, and stories to celebrate this milestone!
