The New York Institute of Dance & Education and Creative Cultural Center at St.Veronica present a McLeod Technique Workshop April 4, 7pm-9pm with Sean McLeod! Join us for an evening of this dance technique, inspiration, and body movement health that can save a dance career! Come dance with Sean and also to prepare for the Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre audition on April 5th at CCC for a June performance contract!

Please wear all black dance clothing (leotard and tights/shorts or unitard) and have your hair pulled back out of your face. Bring thick socks, preferably gray or black, and sneakers. Also, it would be helpful to have a small notebook, a hand towel, a water bottle, and an infectiously positive attitude!
